Senior Consultant Requirements & Specifications

A highly skilled, high energy, broad based business consultant who is expected to successfully execute a wide range of consulting and training assignments and nominally assist in new business development. Strong experience in manufacturing and distribution environments is critical to being successful in this position. This person should have a significant level of experience in several of the following skill sets:

- Materials and inventory planning, capacity planning, scheduling, execution and control, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Materials Requirement Planning (MRP).
- Activity Based Cost Accounting (ABCA) and Activity Based Leadership (ABL).
- Factory planning, scheduling, execution and control implemention, Just-In-Time (JIT) systems, demand-pull and factory automation systems.
- Distribution and logistics planning, execution and control, including Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and innovative distribution channel management techniques.
- Order management, simplifying order entry and automated order configuration systems.
- Sales forecasting and master planning. including option-oriented master production scheduling and interfaces to material planning systems.
- General ledger, fixed assets, accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting systems.
- Quality assurance systems, including Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Core process reengineering

This individual is expected to be able to successfully perform and manage selected phases of our proprietary Integrative Transformationsm process. This individual is also expected to occasionally perform "expert" type consulting assignments where necessary. This individual may be assigned a coaching role. Appropriate education degrees and credentials are essential. The Senior Consultant participates in various bonus programs. An individual in this position should expect to routinely travel 5 days each week.

Associate Consultant Requirements & Specifications A skilled, high energy business consultant who is expected to successfully execute a wide range of consulting and training assignments and nominally assist in new business development. Some experience in manufacturing and distribution environments is critical to being successful in this position. This person should have some level of experience in more than one of the following skill sets:
Materials and inventory planning, capacity planning, scheduling, execution and control, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Materials Requirement Planning (MRP).
- Activity Based Cost Accounting (ABCA) and Activity Based Leadership (ABL).
- Factory planning, scheduling, execution and control implemention, JIT, demand-pull and factory automation systems.
- Distribution and logistics planning, execution and control, including Distribution Requirements Planning (DRP) and innovative distribution channel management techniques.
- Order management, simplifying order entry and automated order configuration systems.

Normally this person is new to consulting, though he or she may have substantial industry background. This individual is expected to be able to successfully perform selected phases of our proprietary Integrative Transformationsm process under the direct supervision of a skilled Senior or Leadership consultant. This individual is also expected to occasionally perform "expert" type consulting assignments where necessary.

Consulting Intern Requirements & Specifications A high energy entry level consultant who is expected to execute a wide range of consulting and training assignments under specific direction of an Associate Consultant, Senior Consultant, Assistant Vice President, Vice President or the President.
Appropriate education degrees and credentials are essential. The Consulting Intern does not participate in any bonus programs. An individual in this position should expect to routinely travel 5 days each week.
